On September 22, Zhi Dayong, Vice Mayor of Harbin, came to our company for investigation and guidance on promoting the reform of the three systems of state-owned enterprises and safe production.
The leaders and heads of departments of Harbin Industry and Information Commission, Municipal SASAIC, Municipal Industrial Investment Group and other related units accompanied the investigation. The leading group of the company and the heads of the main departments received Zhi Dayong and his party.
First of all, he visited a factory and some parts of the factory and learned about the company's actual situation.
Then he came to the meeting room of the company and listened to the detailed report of Liu Mingshan, Secretary of the Party committee, chairman and general manager of the company.
Comrade Liu Mingshan introduced in detail the development, changes and achievements of the new leading group in the past two months.
Zhi Dayong fully affirmed the contents of the report and put forward suggestions and hopes for the company's operation and development, especially for safety production.
Zhi Dayong pointed out that in promoting the reform of the three systems, HAC has played an exemplary role for the city's state-owned enterprises, and has provided other enterprises with working experience for reference. Next, we will take HAC as a typical case to introduce work experience to the whole city and take this opportunity to promote the three systems of state-owned enterprises in the city to develop in depth.
At the end of the meeting, Zhi Dayong asked Liu Mingshan what difficulties he still had. In view of the problems raised by Liu Mingshan, such as road opening, bus line extension and the implementation of land transaction funds, the Municipal Commission for Industry and Information Technology and the State Administration Commission were charged with taking the lead in implementing relevant work to provide a platform for enterprise reform and development. Protection and support can really solve the practical difficulties of enterprises.
