I remember standing on stage at the US Festival in front of 300,000 screaming rock and rollers at Glen Helen Regional park in San Bernardino.  That was back in the heyday of KMET Radio. 

I was to introduce the headlining band Van Halen.  Talk about feeling the power!  I walked to the microphone center-stage and screamed "Whoo-ya" The massive crowed answered back, "Whoo-ya" in unison.  What a moment. 

Those were the days, some 25 years ago.  Today if I could simply stand up that would be an even more powerful moment.
